The NIRU Doctoral Model provides a flexible, globally connected, and research-driven structure that combines academic rigor with applied leadership practice. All PhD and professional doctorate programs at NIRU are delivered using a blend of online learning and hybrid engagement opportunities with international partner institutions.
Key Delivery Features:
Online Coursework & Supervision: All core and elective courses are delivered via NIRU’s e-learning platform, featuring interactive seminars, recorded lectures, and applied case studies. Doctoral supervision is provided virtually by NIRU faculty and partner mentors.
Hybrid Residencies (Optional): Annual 1–2 week intensives hosted at NIRU or collaborating institutions, including research colloquia, doctoral workshops, and global leadership symposia.
Workshops & Seminars: Regular online or hybrid workshops on emerging doctoral themes such as digital transformation, sustainability, ESG, crisis leadership, diversity & inclusion, ethics, and innovation.
